Can't connect to (only) Netherlands servers

Anyone with any help on this I would be very thankful to.
When I try to connect to to any of the Netherlands servers, "Skankhunt/Autism Rocks" etc, the game hangs for 30 seconds then produces the 'can't connect to server' message.
But it's only these servers. It doesn't matter if I'm the first to join or try to join 7/8 lobby.
I never used to have a problem. Have not changed anything my side that I would think is significant or relevant to this issue since. Only been happening form the weekend just passed.
