I think giving the Soviets some sort of air carry would be beneficial. If the idea was "Its a map issue." Then that can't work as Naval play is involved and creates limited design ideas on maps itself.

Naval is already limited and isn't played enough so having to limit naval due to air transport constraints is a bit of a problem.

As a exclusively soviet player, that talk of badgers sounds awesome, but it's game breaking.

Still Soviets need an air transport of some-kind. Is it impossible to request of the devs a new unit?

What I propose is once the concrete is removed from helipads, make them build-able by soviets and give them a 1960s style helicopter with (4) infantry transport slots and a rifle machine gun. This would weak in comparison to allied helicopters but different as it would require no reload. It would be too weak to spam, but different enough to maintain the meta.
