Seeing as how last years Tag Team Tourney went, I'm sticking with a 1vs1, Chances are that either your teammate or your opponent's teammate doesn't show up which will spell disaster for either team.
This happened a little too much for my liking in the TTT 2016

A 1v1 tourney is a lot easier to organize as well
