Contributing to the development of TS and RA2

Hey dudes!

I'm an amateur programmer / game developer that loves C&C.

I would love to contribute if possible to the development of supporting TS and RA2.

I am familiar with C# and C++ . What else would i need to know apart from the language to be able to contribute to the github at the moment?
