Creating new unit question -- chrono tanks

How easy/difficult would it be to borrow the charge graphics of the chrono tank for use with a different unit? I mean the graphic part which indicates whether it is ready to use.

If you mean the charge bar: PortableChrono takes care of that. (But you can't "untie" the charge bar from PortableChrono without code changes.)
