I have enabled hardware cursos, restart and still nothing.

FOr a temporary fix try clicking the mod button (the cursor is still there, just invisible) and then the cursor should reappar. Reselecting mod may fix your problem.

I assume you've upgraded to Windows 10 recently? I had the same issue if so and reselecting the mod as a temporary fix works.

Once after selecting a mod even the text in the options disappeared so I reselected the same mod option again and it fixed. Which was an odd case I haven't had repeat again.
