I saw SoScared put one of these up. So a bit of stream talk went on and brought up this idea.
With that said, What time do you prefer to watch the stream? Is there a certian day you prefer?
As far as time goes Im rather flexible. I can start at 10am all the way to 2am. I am from the USA West Coast as far as timezones go. So at 2am is when its morning for Germany in example.
As for days, This one is very hard to do since my schedule is erratic. I won't be able to get every Tuesday as an example. So I might switch it around on certian weeks.
The stream I do is mainly TD. And its an ongoing stream with music in the background and heavy focus on gameplay from my perspective. Examples are on this channel here
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBxbxN ... DjtQe-qQkQ and the video of one is here

With that let me know on the best times. ^_^

I'd say I always like it when the streamer does some explaining about his thoughtproces and about strategy and such in general.
Send me a PM or post in the streaming/cast thread so I can announce your streams in advance.

Pretty much the same as what NMM said

Knowing what a player is thinking as they play is really interesting.

@Noobmapmaker
You are always the best for keeping up to date with that kind of thing and appreciate all the effort you do when it comes to those things.

As for the stream, ive gotten a lot of people saying they like to hear explanations. While I do have videos posted up as much as I can involving some single bits like that I am not sure if I can do it at a constant 2 hour stream. I could try though. Either that or just a small recap maybe? The next stream I will see if thats possible to do. If not I might try something like the 1st hour is explanation and the 2nd hour is just pure gameplay.

I can speak from experience:
Commentating on RTS while also playing, trying to explain your thoughts is exhausting. 2 hours of that and you'll collapse.
I'd switch around with 1 game you play, 1 game you spectate, to give your mind a bit of rest

From what experience I've gathered in my short time, I must agree with Doomhammer. This is why I've moved more towards a spectator position in my streams. What I'm planning for the future is to add another day with first-person-stream exclusively and keep one stream as a spec/caster. Because your content is looking awesome on both first-person view and casting I hope you'll consider doing both

2 days FTW
Also expect a very slow start in viewership the first couple of weeks and month. Always make sure you hold your schedule and always stream as you have a thousand viewers, even if it turns out only 1 is watching. That's the best advice I learned from the web that will guarantee long-term growth in viewership.
You should have a stream thread on this forum bumping a short while before the stream starts and post on r/openra a few hours before, every stream.
I'll gladly help out with different stuff, e.g. plugins, assets plus cool stuff Doomhammer recently shard with me that will make streaming that much more fun and effective! We should talk shortly after the TD and Tag Team Tournament.

Much appreciated in the feedback! Taking alot of these into consideration and working on upgrading some stuff too.
Stream is now over!
I ran a test stream checking out OBS. Still learning the full potential of the software but what turned into a test stream turned into having more fun then I anticipated.
