Playing with AI in skirmish is often not really fun because the AI does weird stuff, like building tons of boats in a tiny lake or their army is stuck behind a cliff. So I've made a map that is more easy for AI to handle.

And with it a challenge: Try to beat as many bots as you can on the map. and post your replay as proof :)

Dont think its possible for vs 6 AI playing as Soviets. Tanks fire WAY to slow compared to medium tanks and the mediums crush infantry much faster. I will be playing as Allies in this try.

Neat idea.

Against 4 turtles. Random factions for AI. I picked Russia although I'm a pretty terrible Soviet player. Lots of mistakes but still won.

I find it odd that the rush AI doesn't build nukes.

Should be fairly easy for a decent Soviet player against 6 AI, AoAGeneral1.

Really nice idea!
Unfortunately, the AI is inherently flawed and incredibly easy to overcome.
Here's the link to my replays, I completed your challenge both versus 6 Turte AIs and 6 Rush AIs.
On an interesting sidenote, the game is significantly harder to win both as and versus Allies.
Due to the "zone defending combat group" mentality the AI employs, their artillery pieces are always well defended,
whilst Soviet AI just runs their tank blob into your defensive line.
Also, since the AI doesn't know how to scout, a completed NavSat is an absolute gamechanger for them
since it will give their arties the ability to auto-acquire targets.
On the defensive side, those puny Allied defenses just can't compete with Teslas.
As Soviets, all you need to do is play armchair general. Sit back, build teslas and V2s.
Laugh maniacally while they try to break through your defenses.

Well done, the both of you... seems like we need a 7th and 8th AI :)

I'll try to come up with a new map as well to keep it fun and challenging.

Soviet win vs 6 allied rush AIs first try.

6 turtle AIs just freezes my laptop. I think it might be to do with the placing naval structures bug

Well, since 6 AI is appearantly very doable to a bunch of us I've edited the map to allow games against 7-10 bots. Also edited the OP to edit in the names of the players who manage to win.

Doh! But I think it's really a bug in the editor. Lately Ive had a lot of trouble to properly save and load maps.

*edit:
Ive uploaded a revision that should work. And added it to this post.

*edit2: after editing with both the ingame and outgame editor it finally worked. Well... the trick for me is to go to the ingame editor, save it twice in suggested paths and I deleted all other similar named maps because somehow it seems like... well I have no clue what happens.

10 is tough :P

I had to easy mode and arty spam but won on first allied try. Still haven't done it with soviets after 5.
