How do you defend against demo trucks?

How do Soviets defend against incoming demo trucks?
Allies the best unit is probably artillery, but soviets v2 is too slow and air planes get blown up.

Expendable stuff with a half-decent range like Flak Trucks.

If you're the allies, just keep some choppers floating around. You can take out the demo pretty quickly.

You can now ic them I think to blow them up?
Although using ic on a moving target can go wrong.

I'm guessing that you could use a hijacker to take them?
