Does that mean they do less damage? You seem to be able to take out an MCV with the same number of them...

Or they can take less damage?

They now take less damage before being destroyed.

The changes kind of take away from "rushing air" being a viable option. I mean with the increased price, taking longer to build, and with them being easier to destroy.

In my opinion, that's good, because it means allies aren't much more vulnerable to allies hind rush compared to soviets. Soviets can just build a flak truck or two and they call it a day, Allies? Rocket soldiers die before you even managed to fire a rocket, and AA gun can't really protect your harvesters.

I doubt rushing air just to take out a harvester or two would work well?

I would sometimes go for MCV kills however and you could win that way, but it's probably only going to work if they aren't thinking of the risk. A few rocket troops or an AA gun will stop it. (Or having a rapair pad so they can build a new MCV.)
