Am I lagging? In-Game Latency Stats?

Is there anyway to identify the player who is most likely causing a game to lag? We can see who has good/bad connections prior to starting, which is great. However, once the game starts there's no way to figure out which players is slowing down the game. There's also no way to notify a lagger that they were the culprit after they quit/game ends...

If nobody cops to having a 28.8, living on Mars, or streaming an three HD movies at once, an eight player game suddenly turns into a zero player game when it could be turned into a six or seven player game instead.

Thoughts?

zoidberg is 100% right with this ... and it goes that far , that some people cause lags on purpose just because they dont like the teams .... or as spectator to "troll" the people ..

this is something we should avoid
