Why does the allies not have an AA vehicle?

The soviets have the flak truck which has AA capabilities. Why not for allies? It just makes no since. Both sides should have some sort of AA vehicle respectfully. The only AA ground unit you have to rely on is your rocket infantry as allies. This is something that's been bugging me for some time now ever since the beginning.

For a start, the allies have a good base defence with the AA gun. (Seems much better than soviet air defence.) They also have a copter that can fight air attacks.

Imo, the point shouldn't be to make both sides the same.

Also, they have a naval ship that can do anti-air.

yeah, longbows are really nasty antiair. how can soviet counter those?
but untill you get those you are vulnerable.
