Force Openra to only utilize one monitor

I have two monitors hooked up, and in fullscreen mode Openra wants to use them both. I am currently playing in windowsed 1920x1080 but i want to play in fullscreen with only one monitor utilized.
I have tried going to /home/administrator/.openra/settings.yaml/ and setting it to

Graphics:
Mode: Fullscreen
WindowedSize: 1920,1080

but it still does not work.

You can try a windowed mode too on separate Desktop4, for example in linux too or configure your GPU utility better.
