For stuff like the Red Alert series, would RA2, Yuri's Revenge, and RA1 be distributed as separate standalone mods or would they be combined into 1 standalone?

There will definitely be separate Red Alert 1 and Red Alert 2 mods also for technical reasons. It is too early to make decisions wether to combine all addons into one, but that is likely to happen for RA2, too.
