Port Forward.

I have an Air: Link 59300 As I can not get to work on port forwarding. I want to play OpenRA with a friend. I know the webside www.portforward.com but the guides is outdated and does not help me one bit.
My router IP (the one in CMD - Ipconfig /all) seems to work, but its my Internet IP i cant portforward at all. u know the IP u see in the top right cornor of www.portforward.com. -. - I get frustrated and pissed, some that can help?
the port i need to have opened is 1234 which is the default of OpenRA as u all properly allrdy know..
