Found out about this project from the TB video. Thank you for making this, I forgot how fun the game was. The 1080p resolution makes old RA look great too. Just played a couple of matches online and got my ass handed to me :3

RA has a steep learning curve, although not as steep as some other RTS games, since it is not as fast and overzealous clicking is not useful. In fact, each order triggers the pathfinder, which stalls the unit and makes not doing anything for a few ticks. In that sense openRA is very realistic, it will take a while before your units execute your orders, so you need to think before you click....
