Pillbox Bug?

Rocket soldiers garrisoned in pillboxes won't attack air units. Is this a bug or intended?

Intended. Only his Dragon is available in pillboxes.

Ouch. Sucks for the Allies. While the AA guns are good, having highly expensive, high pre-req Apaches and weak Rocket Men as your only other AA options hurts a lot.

Mobile AA is particularly weak for the Allies.
