Not at the moment, no.

Not sure it'll be added, although personally I always felt it was something missing from RA95's skirmishes. Could also be relatively useful in the case of disconnections, much like how AoE2 would give everyone the option to vote to save if there were connection difficulties.

Perhaps the ability to play singe player Skirmishes with a save/load function?
also, off topic but will the Hue/Saturation/Lum be added to overall game color, like in C&C RA1?
