OpenRA on ModDB/IndieDB/Desura
OpenRA on ModDB/IndieDB/Desura
I recently claimed the OpenRA ModDB entry. It was registered by katzsmile some time ago so I updated the site a little bit. As IndieDB/ModDB is a community that focuses a lot on user-contributed content, go ahead, upload videos and screenshot, rate the game and register your own mods to get listed at http://www.moddb.com/games/openra/mods
Contributers can join the group http://www.moddb.com/company/openra-developers soon when it has been authorized by the staff.

I recently added http://www.moddb.com/games/openra/tutorials/mapping and http://www.moddb.com/news/upcoming-openra-release Now listed in http://www.moddb.com/games/top
Looks like the popularity spikes whenever I post news. http://www.moddb.com/games/openra/news/release-20121019
Also what is going on at Github, Forums, IRC compiled with many screenshots: http://www.moddb.com/news/work-in-progress20
and some new visual propaganda for your pleasure: http://www.moddb.com/news/coming-up-in-openra
I added http://www.moddb.com/games/openra/news/ ... t-20130128 to motivate more people to install the "unstable" playtest and to publish the changelog somewhere outside git for the non-techie people.

First you have to pay to even get listed on Steam Greenlight. What comes after that is probably under non-disclosure agreement, not compatible with Open Source and we still depend on foreign intellectual property somehow although Red Alert game files are Freeware and the engine is a clean room reimplementation.
