Strange OpenRA error..

For some odd reason, OpenRA refuses to run on my system, but the wierd thing is it was working just fine until I tried extracting the files from my old CnC95 disk. It froze up while extracting the main.mix, and now every time I open it, it gives me the error report. I have uninstalled it completely, rebooted, reinstalled, and the problem still persists. It was working just fine before, what the hell would cause this?

Nevermind, got it figured out. 'Twas the settings file hiding in my documents.
