Manipulate bot's start position

I already searched the forum, but couldn't find a suitable answer to my problem. I always read about the AI isn't very clever, but I think it could be far worse. From what I experienced by now, the AI fits to a quick internet play with a friend. I'm kind of slow when it comes to build everything up and then get in a fight with an enemy. So all I need to do is to survive the first wave of attack and then it works quite well… :lol:

But what I'm still asking myself: Is there a way I can control the AI's starting position? I think I already test different scenarios where to place the bot, but it seems there's no difference whether to put the enemy two or three position away (clockwise) or directly next to a human player. I always ended up with a bot residing next to a human player and one must fight him in the first or second minute after starting the game.

You can currently choose a bot's position on the map in C&C mod only.

hehe… I've updated my OpenRA installation yesterday and was quite happy about the changes for the C&C mod. Keep up the great work! :)
