How import ra95 map?
Is there any tutorial to import ra95 maps in to openra?

You can import them directly with the Editor, provided you already have the map file itself.
File > Import
You can import either of the original formats (.mpr and .ini), although I'm not sure if direct importing of Aftermath 'Mega Maps' is supported yet.
Unless of course you're just after the original maps themselves, in which case you can find them already converted for ORA here:

to convert maps just import them using the editor that comes with the game. then save then as .oramap
a problem i had was the start points had to be deleted and relpaced, or it just crashed the game when trying to play that map.
anotehr problem i had on windows xp was some random maps wouldent import to the editor. this was only about 2% of the maps that i converted tho
