Unable to install OpenRA on Ubuntu 11.04 (natty)

Hi!
I'm having difficulty installing OpenRa on Ubuntu 11.04 (natty).
Steps I followed:
1) Downloaded the 'latest' debian version of OpenRA (20110320, 3.2 MB).
2) After download completed, I attempted to simply 'run' the 'openra_release.20110320_all.deb' package by double-clicking it.
3) System then proceeded to open the 'Ubuntu Software Center' and attempt to automagically install the deb package. However after selecting "Install" and authenticating, it failed with the following message:
"The package is of bad quality - The installation of a package which violates the quality standards isn't allowed. This could cause serious problems on your computer. Please contact the person or organisation who provided this package file and include the details beneath." Details: (see Attachment 1)
4) I then tried installing it via the terminal with:
sudo dpkg -i openra_release.20110320_all.deb
It failed with message "version number does not start with digit" (see Attachment 2 for full details)
Could you please advise?
Note:
I'm running the latest beta of Ubuntu 11.04 (natty) and have updated it fully.
System: Ubuntu Release 11.04 (natty)
Kernel Linux 2.6.38-8-generic
GNOME 2.32.1
