Do a windows update and make sure all the NET updates are installed.

If you are using ATI try this.

Download this DLL: http://www.mediafire.com/file/zj6sd3tt8 ... ioglxx.dll
Place it in OpenRA directory

ALSO you may want to revert to 10-4_xp32_dd (8.723.0.0) drivers for ATI (this works for me) More info here: http://www.sleipnirstuff.com/forum/view ... 82&t=14894

Please read and follow the steps in the FAQ, which tells you where to find our crash logs and how to fix the common crashes.

Try updating your drivers, if that doesn't work it means your video card doesn't support OpenGL properly and won't be able to run the game (until someone writes an SDL renderer)
