.NET Framework Updates Missing from WSUS?

Hi all,
We use WSUS for server patching. During the latest patch cycle, WSUS didn’t show any recent cumulative .NET Framework updates (last one I see is Jan 2025).

However, when using “Search online for updates”, Windows downloaded a 09/2025 cumulative .NET Framework update, along with PowerShell 7 and other updates already approved in WSUS.

I’ve seen claims that .NET Framework updates are now bundled into OS cumulative updates, but I can’t find official Microsoft confirmation.

Is anyone else seeing this? Are .NET Framework updates now bundled, or is WSUS missing them?
