OpenAL Crashing OpenRA

The game completely crashes for me after a few seconds on the RA main menu. It seems to be OpenAL related, because if I manage to mute all audio before it crashes, the game runs. I can't get any useful logs because of the way it crashes. Frozen game screen, kill process, Windows says it stopped working. The logs must be buffered, as there's no indication of a problem. I tried reinstalling OpenAL, downloading the game's music pack, driver updates, run as admin, etc. No sound or music plays for the quick few seconds it runs. If you need any more information to help me out, I'd be glad to give it. Any and all help is greatly apreciated, thank you!

What sound card/integrated audio do you have?

My sound card is a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium PCI-Express.
