You don't seem to be able to target certain things.
e.g. nuke on top of an advanced power. I can't target to attack, or to sell etc., without taking out the advanced power first.
similar issue with small things above an AA gun.

Actually, it's a good way to obscure your nuke, and I guess protect it.

This is indeed an issue, and will be fixed eventually.
