Hi Lassar,
if you mean how to restrict what a player can build, then that can be done by adding some yaml code to the map.yaml file inside your map.

It is not possible just with the mal editor.

In my opinion the allies problem is an imbalance in power among their units. Some of them are really really good, so good it's not worth making the other units.
