Wouldn't it be more obvious that the transports need a buff to their capacity? Amphibious assaults require concerto of micro right now. TBH I think Navy is balanced as it is right now and the problem is simply Hinds are too strong. Long bows should be able counter subs, but the fact is Hinds do lud...

Let me elaborate on why and where GPS is causing problems. The problem isn’t just GPS being too powerful. The problem is, when GPS is up fluid game-play becomes impossible... ...huge advantage. So what you're saying is the GPS effect of things being target-able with-in Fog of War automatically by...

(Commented on GitHub already but in the interest of discussion) Rather than changing Allies' GPS, let the Soviets build the Forward Command Post with a large radius which might act like GPS. This would: a. Give the Soviet's a unique version of the GPS effect which would still make Spy Planes necessa...

Spies are absurdly cheap for the power they wield in game. In original RA they were $1000 each and while that price might be steep- $250 isn't balanced for a unit hard to counter and super easy to spam. Dogs are an ok counter to them. The thing is, sometimes dogs glitch. It's also hard to post the d...

Was in a grudgematch, same map, and had been apc rushed with double flamers last game. Made sure to get a few rockets along with rifles, got awareness up and was almost ready when, in came the same double flamers apcs. Just as my infantry were going to intercept, they walked into a choke between bui...

Surprisingly easy to get around on that map and different from so many but in a good way.

I'm pretty sure they were available to both sides after building a Nuke Silo. Yes that's right, they weren't actually a unique allied unit- but if solutions are restricted to RA units, there's not a lot of options. It's not a bad idea imho. France is hugely viable with the firepower of a nuke truck...

I really like the sniper, which seemed like a natural addition as it is a standard unit in later C&C games. However there was a lot of opposition to bringing it back: https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/pull/9747 https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/pull/11295 Seems sad when a section of developers choose...

@SoScared: Tbh, in most games $400 is not a huge investment, Spys are still well worth it. Consider power down- for example- far stronger than Ukraine's bombing runs at dealing with base defenses, delays production and wrecks the "flow" of the game as you're playing. Another thing that seems OP is A...

Read thread and really like simplicity in OP. Mainly in response to it: I don't understand #2 (The " Houdini Tank-Building"), 6 (new Flame Turrets), 7 (Teslas on a cliff) and also why not remove #3 vetrancy from Pillboxes? Even if you don't it's not a huge deal imo. What your opinions are on: 1. Sca...

About spies. I propose: 1. $+300.00, or $+150 England cost 2. Reset Nukes Why $800.00: For $250/pop (Allied players love England for this and other reasons), I believe it's too spamable. Veterancy, powerdown, and shroud reset are game changing . Vanilla was $1000.00 actually but to me $800 encourage...

As a exclusively soviet player, that talk of badgers sounds awesome, but it's game breaking. Still Soviets need an air transport of some-kind. Is it impossible to request of the devs a new unit? What I propose is once the concrete is removed from helipads, make them build-able by soviets and give th...
