Thank you NMM for organizing this event, and big congratulations to all the winners. My suggestions for the upcoming contest(s): Split the contest in: - 1v1 competitive maps ( - other maps By splitting the contests you are capable to give the maps more airtime, streamtime, time in general to perform...

Simple question: I was modding a map from a 2v2 map into a competitive 1v1 map. It was a map from the mapcontest (I did not make the original but gained permission to edit it). I was watching a bot game to check out the dynamics and Rush AI just started burning down trees with a bunch of flamethrowe...

That is the reason I will vote for Sirocco as the best map of the 2017 Map Making Contest Personally, I think it is very well capable of creating good games, but open and flat and not exactly eye-candy. Therefore, I think there is no 'Formula' for making the ideal map and we certainly don't have to...

amen, pizzaatommica, amen. couldn't agree more. as a casual/competitive player I think the RAGL mappool has done a step backwards from lastyear. I likke some om the changes done on Behind te veil, for example the addition of water. What I dislike is the lack of character in the current maps. Singles...

I think players should not be able to Season Forfeit within the first 3 matches of the season.

Instead, I would like to suggest the following:
- Players should be able to 'swap' divisions once a season and before week 1.

Just my 2 cents.

Heya WhoCares,

Nice to have you on board. We played some really nice practice games today. Good to see your Paraquay connection holding up just fine.

C ya on the battlefield!

There will always be discussion about the map pool, which is, in the basis, a good thing. I fully agree with the change towards 8 maps. From my point of view, I would love to see even more variety amongst the maps, e.g. mixed in a 'Singles' and a 'Keep of the grass' type maps. In general, the maps a...

Hello, I'm super stoked to participate for the first time! I don't know how good I'll be, but that doesn't matter as long as I get to have some fun :) Well me neither, but it's a good opportunity to learn and at the same time have a lot of fun. I know for a fact most players in the recruits are pro...

Re: International Matches. Fight for the pride of your natio

I'd like to see countrymen pitted against each other, either casually or less casually in a league format to see who is the best (cough *UK*). I reckon it would be fun and spice up the team game scene. Anyone want to organize it, set it up.??. Edit: Not sure how we would do it, maybe some sort of a...

As for use of emails I need them for record keeping and documentation purposes. Often issues are resolved weeks after they appear with the help of archived and sorted email conversations and players themselves forwarding complicated email conversations in cases of doubt. This, mass communication, p...

Player retention My recruit division had five players drop out before the end of the season. Recruit beta had six. I was done by week 8 because 4 of my last five opponents quit. Most of the dropouts in alpha happened after the halfway point. Instead of being energized by the off week, players just ...
