If we agree this is a problem, best idea I can come up with is adding AoE heal aura for barracks. Preferably it would be non-stacking aura because stacking auras sounds overpowered.

Garrisoning infantry inside barracks sounds incredibly tedious gameplay mechanic and I am definately against that.

But the normal sub isn't anything like a destroyer. It's not actually useful except for countering the enemy naval and a bit of vision. It can't do any damage over than that. This. If soviet player wins navy, he can't turn his naval victory into anything. He can't harass enemy ore fields near water...

I tell you: the thing that bothers all player in navy war is not really the navy itself. But rather the combination of helicopters + destroyers, while soviets can't combine planes + subs...

I don't know any pure naval 1v1 maps. I made one for testing early t1 naval balance and micro. I don't know modding so I can't make a version with Blackened edits.

Interesting. Most players I know honestly think allied navy is superior compared to soviet. I wonder if this different opinion is caused by different type of maps or different skill of players - or both.
