I rebased onto latest bleed and changed something to the current translation framework. You may need to pull again from https://github.com/Mailaender/OpenRA/tree/localisation I also updated the documentation on https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/wiki/Translation

The "Tiberium" is the green palette index that will be remapped to shadow by the engine.

Excellent. A cliche looking Europe ;) It is a little dark. RA has no night terrain although that would be a nice idea, too.

We also played a FFA on latest bleed to test the per-player shroud actually. Harvesting is now kind of too slow without auto-piloted carryall support, but I agree it was too fast earlier. Okay, I worked on this at https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/pull/2501 which now has a green "supports auto-merging" button. The preparation was a little complicated with lot's of conflicts. Please test it if nothing broke. I also made the production queue tabs fully user customizable. Next step might...
