How about this:

Change the migs rockets to function just like the Submarine's torpedo's, being rather slow and dodge-able, but still fairly usefull. Range and damage might need to be edited to balance it afterwards, but it might be worth to test out?

Really hyper for this :DD But also curious, how will the tournament be played, Knock out style with best of (Number) untill finale? If so, how many matches would be have to be played each round, and how many of these matches would be 1v1's and 2v2's? I imagine until the semi finals would be best of ...

Just proof of concept:
The next step will be trying to get it deployable, and if that works we probably will have ourselves a new minigame!

Perhaps, add Snipers back?

I like this, it would encourage more armored play as snipers could be used as anti-inf instead of arty!

This could also double as an anti shocktrooper tactic, making france a good counter to russia.

Just a random idea:

Maybe give france OP civilians? or give them the ability to train infantry that look like civilians but are in fact very powerful? Hinting at the destructive power of the GLA's angry mobs from C&C Generals.
