I played some more games with Whocares just now. I need more games to judge, but have gone random faction every time.

Sniping the defence refs was easy which was interesting.A cool concept.

Rearming air on the SD is nice.

And as always i like the cheaper WF. It does help with WF opener a lot.

We need some form of sticky, or maybe two. This one and the suggestions one too. As yeah, Om's was in response to balance threads originally. For A shift. Try: First A move. Then, A + shift click. Then A + shift click (repeating.) The shift button always comes second. Though i'm still not sure what ...

From an outside perspective:

I'll just point out that even if some tweeks don't work they're fun to play.

I always opt to play SoS 1.6 atm as it's fun trying other builds out. Also whatever else i come across.

There was Omnom's thread for questions, but it's not titled the best. Also could do with sticky-ing.

Shift moves i've found don't work with harvesters which is annoying. Shift and A move works for me, as far as i'm aware though! So could be wrong.

Engi riding on a dogs back across the seas?

But, as Smitty said.

Is this a map problem though?

I'd love a chinook as a Ukraine player, but in all honesty i'd prefer another unit of some kind. Or Migs that actually aren't super scared of the AA gun.

RA2 is playable online still, the near exact way you remember. But it isn't as varied and in depth as openra.

I'm not sure if we'll see tank dancing like we used to in the original, if we even see RA2 ever being finished.

Played Alpine Waters, fun map. Can't say on balance as of yet, but there's an issue with the top right island. I repaired the right bridge but couldn't get an MCV to it. It gets a small way across the bridge and doesn't go any further. Can't comment on other bridge though. PostPosted: Thu Feb 04, 20...
