Medics/Non-combat infantry should stand if asked to target a enemy building or unit instead of move right up to it.

Agreed they don't know much about OpenRA, but the more uploads they do the better, as I feel it will increase chances of expanding the playerbase.

I'd say just make them max rank. They seem almost useless at the moment unless you really catch your enemies ore trucks off guard for a long time.

All the Red Alert changes look great!

And if anyone is still worried about Soviet naval, maybe they will get a flak boat one day.

Back in the day I made a "realism" mod for myself using TibEd or similar program.

I think a tier 0 flak boat for soviets would work well. Weak and loses to allies attack boat but give them some naval aa.
