This creates an exploitable situation where you can teleport a load of tanks into an enemy base, unload them, and then have them remain after the timer runs out and the transport returns. This is similiar to the already existing "exploitable situation" where you teleport a MCV and then deploy it (a...

Chronoshiftable naval transports

I recently noticed that naval transports are not chronoshiftable. (By wasting a chronoshift... as you can select them, but it has no effect.) It doesn't make sense to me that naval transports aren't chronoshiftable as other naval units are. Thus I filed a pull request to fix this: OpenRA/OpenRA#1186...

Wouldn't it be better to code it like this FIX2 Inherits: FIX ? instead of copy-pasting out the entire set of rules for FIX Actually yes. I think that is what GraionDilach suggested orginally: http://www.sleipnirstuff.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=83&p=296195#296195 But hey, the main thing is that the ...

Re: Chrono tanks, Buff/Nerf

making the chrono ability hotkeyable: i am dying so much for this to happen, i'd love to have it so i can press the F key and expect a radius circle around the unit and then picking where i want it to go, making it easier for micro and also perhaps more usable, as it does have the 'Deploy' sign on ...

Ah well, I just noticed that you also might want to add a "damaged-idle" and "damaged-build-top" sequence. You can duplicate those (copy and paste the ones without "damage-").

You are missing a whole bunch of sequences: - For the "Bib" for example (this is the advanced power plant bib): bib: bib2 Length: * UseTilesetExtension: true TilesetOverrides: INTERIOR: TEMPERAT - For the make animation: make: grgemake Length: * - And for the door ("WithProductionDoorOverlay"): buil...

Re: Please try again to help me with LUA

First of all, sorry for the late response! (I've been quite busy recently.) So, to your questions: I am not sure if I know now something about LUA theoretically and considering the books but I think I know now a first simple thing about LUA practically and functionally that is an imagination of how ...
