Flat 2D or 3D with Hills & Valleys?
I'm like 99% sure that OpenRA is a 2D environment without any firing range advantages given to units with the high ground. Is this the case?
It seems like the mechanics of a "layered" OpenRA game would be both really neat and quite a b*tch to implement. Has this topic ever come up in the past?
