Tiberium Sun isn't finished. It's playable i'm led to believe?? But is definitely not finished, and campaign missions i have no idea on. Your hardware isn't great, it's a laptop, all be it a new one i know, so it's hard to judge from my knowledge. Try reducing windows 10 services to a minimum. Disable Cortana and other Win10 crap. I think the gradual growth per cell placing is a good aesthetic, but can also pose issues. So being quite meticulous will prevent mis placings that can't be seen which send harvesters on random drives, uneven $$$, uneven growth and uneven harvesting times. But those last two have not been fully test...

I believe you can go in multiples of 25$ with ore. Use the 'total $$$ on map' amount for 1st made ore patch. Then make a note of that number. Merrigold Town needs an ERCC i think. Too puts you behind noticably. Though only saying to prevent future issues.
