Gamereplays used to be the active spot to post replays. I believe a lot of 5aces casts were from picking out replays from there. OpenRA is more of an engine than a game. The assets are just for the officially supported mods and as far as I'm aware it makes no use of the original software (unless you consider art a form of software)

It is close to impossible for the ORA developers to manage and administrate issues such as these. So whether this is true or not is inconsequential. ORA is engine and official mods (RA,TD, D2K etc) use a dedicated server system in order to host games. The developers can't manage other people's serve...

Just tested it myself and was able to infiltrate with the spy on the latest release. Were you playing a campaign or modded map? No idea why it wouldnt work for you otherwise
