I think the closest you will find in OpenRA is the RAClassic mod: https://github.com/OpenRA/raclassic

I dont think its finished but I believe its intention is returning the stats and tech trees back to the original. Not sure about the inconsistencies, that technically wouldn't be classic.

Lagged a game so someone power tripping banned me? Nice community we got here with power tripping mods. The ban isn't permanent, its only until the game ends or the server empties out. There are no Openra moderators for servers, especially since most servers are owned by separate entities to the Op...

Those use a whitelist where only specific players (RAGL participants) may enter.

As it stands, i believe a server that employs authenticated users only and servers that have a whitelist display the same indications so its easy to mistake one for the other.

Regarding 4.
It would be ok if an advantage was given to someone who didnt drop a map all season. So if you come into the final undefeated, you start with an extra point. It would at least then be reminisce of the upper bracket advantage in double elimination tournaments

Also I like the "30% old/70% new" rule we had last 2 seasons regarding the map pool refresh and I think we should follow it further. I can't say I'm a fan of this. It's nice to put new maps into a map pool and give it some life but on the flip side it feels like forcing the new maps to be played or...

Did you try countering them with APC’s or mobile sams? (In OpenRA the APC and SSM have been repurposed as anti-air)
