I did look for it there I think.
Does the folder exist right from the start? (Before you have any custom maps.)
Or do you need to install a map *and then* the folder gets created?

Radar Jammer
A suggestion for the (little used) Radar Jammer-- how about it could also block GPS? And be available to all sides? (I'm assuming it doesn't already block GPS.) I think the original game made them available to both allies and soviets? Why do it? Well to have some sort of counter to GPS; although of ...

Where do the maps go?
The latest release seems to have changed where the custom maps go?? I know every recent release would have its own folder for the particular release. But now??

Game crashes
I remember a few releases back, and in-game crashes used to be quite a major flaw with OpenRA. The game has been steadily improved and made much more stable.
However, the latest release seems to have gone a bit wrong in this regard...

Going off topic here... But this talk of a double Chrono... The game could presumably sense if one player on a team had tanks etc selected ready for Chrono, when a different member of the same team also selects them, and then picks a location to jump to... How about both Chronospheres are activated ...

Can you check this one out? I think it's interesting for the first 8 or 9 minutes (total length is about 24 minutes but it's only the start that is of interest)-- I'm playing a 2v1 game and my opponents just immediately start base pushing me, and rushing with troops etc. For surviving an onslaught, ...

To throw out a couple of ideas... How about, the GPS is on all the time, but has a limited area of vision. However, there is an icon at the side, (like the Chrono/Iron Curtain etc), and you can click on that icon, and then click on the map to change the target area of vision. So you can see all over...

I favour the large radius GPS. Gives incentive to build a forward Tech Center (riskyyyy) and incentive to build multiple TC's (costlyyy). If people really wanted to go in this direction, wouldn't it make more sense using the radar rather than the tech center? The tech center launches the satellite,...

I wouldn't say it's easily countered if a couple of players team up to troop rush at one player at the start of the game. I mean it depends on whether you are half expecting it and invest in defence, but it could easily pay off if your team mates aren't able to stick down a couple of pill box or fla...

Yeah that is a "cheese" way to win I agree. But there are also things like troop rushing (especially against a new-ish player -- look for the weak link in the team) or 5 flame troops in an APC which might be thought to be cheap wins also. And "build off ally construction yards" can help you defend a...
