The "Tiberium" is the green palette index that will be remapped to shadow by the engine.

Hmm...afaik, the AI in the old RA95, C&C95 and Dune 2k did not do this, so it must be a coding error with OpenRA's AI logic.
could be difficult to isolate and repair in their files...

though the same thing happens on maps with only land...
