Indeed, that is what is so cool about it - even after only stumbling on openra by chance, I can see it has a lot of potential by virtue of how strong it already is :). I always get the impression that westwood probably built up from cnc to yuri's revenge incrementally themselves - dos naming ...

Just wanted to register my appreciation for openra! It's always a joy to find a well made open source preservation of any classic game, but even better how you aren't shy of refining the gameplay or interface.

I hope one day someone will add support for the voxel units, and the isometric tiles ...
