The Jungle tile-set I have uses the temperat tile-set as a template, so my tileset basically matches with the temperat theatre, but I know the snow and desert tileset differ (the latter to a much greater extent). You'll have to convert to an actual tileset, I believe it utilizes temperat.pal.

The most "universal" build order is as follows, pp -> ref -> warf (5-7 ore trucks) -> ref -> radar (powerdown) -> Adv pp (SAM/AA if needed) -> service depot -> Helipad/airfield -> Tech -> (Whatever else) Basically it depends on what you need on the match your playing.
