Did you recreate these in a 3D program like Blender or 3DS/Maya and create a sprite sheet, or did you create them from scratch in Photoshop? well its is mostly aesthetic, but aesthetics and terrain collision go hand in hand in cliffs.

Your map is fine, try playing with normal AI, they tend to build navy aswell.

By the way Ive fixed all of the cliffs, the water cliffs, and the beaches for you, now ill fix the river bridge and then upload the map here.

Try my mod though it is for TD, I made the AI as much challenge as possible using only traits without LUA.
The AI is best when there is alot of tiberium near its starting location.
I would suggest free for all with more than 4 AI players.
