i think you could program something into the dll to have custom loadingscreens for each faction.
multiple countries per faction, like in ra2 are pretty easy to create...

you need to rotate thee camera and shadows via keyframes or rotate the model itself...

btw i created a new version of tis script...will upload it soon and add some blank file with rotating camera and shadow

RA had a high resolution mode and a low resulution mode.
in hires you get this big units, in lores they are the smaller size.

copy this to your "OpenRA\mods\ra\packages"-Folder and overwrite the existing one

i created this using Nyerguds patch you can get here

You can simply extract one of the units and an icon from conquer.mix using xcc mixer or you create yourself some new gfx.
