You could.
So could I, or you, or anyone else. Doesn't mean said description will be correct. I assume you need to understand what each parameter / attribute actually does before adding a description.

Hi,
Is it because of high-dpi displays nowadays? How to conigure the GPU scaling feature? I've 2560x1440 and the text is horrible...
When you say horrible, what exactly is the problem with the text?

Re: Extra content save location

I'm afraid it's not that simple. The default install location is Program Files, which requires admin privileges to write to which in turn means we can't just write things there on the fly. That is afaik the main reason programs (and we) write to AppData instead. Pity, but understood. That's one rea...

Re: Extra content save location

Yes, you can create a folder called "Support" in the installation directory. The game will then use that directory instead of the one on the C drive. Don't you want to consider making this the default option? I hate it when games store important data somewhere in the mess of folders that is Program...

EA are ok with OpenRA using the remastered graphics, and we will start working towards supporting them in future releases. See this GitHub comment for more information.
That's amazing news!

Re: Scaling problem AMD

I'm asking, because I have also encountered the scaling problem in the past, but only if I changed the settings file to try and run the game at some other resolution than my native 1920x1080.

Re: Scaling problem AMD

Isn't there a setting in OpenRA that locks your mouse to the screen? Again I must ask, are you running the game at native resolution, in other words, the same as the resolution of your screen?

Re: OpenRa with CnC Remastered graphics

Can you imagine this game with the Remastered graphics? I hope they improve OpenRA graphics someday It would be a game over to the EA game ;) Why do you want it to be "game over" to the EA game? I think the remaster is awesome and they deserve a lot of credit for the effort. It's much better playin...

Re: Scaling problem AMD

I have it running full screen on an AMD card, no problems.

Open you AMD driver application and check what your scaling settings are on driver level. You can let the card force how to scale applications or let the application scale itself. I currently run with GPU scaling disabled.

Re: Scaling problem AMD

Are you running at anything other than you monitor's native resolution? Did you edit the settings file to change the resolution to something else? if so, change to your native res and try again.

Turns out the answer was pretty straightforward. If anyone want to try this in future, this guide will tell you everything you need to know.

Re: AI bots too hard

Can you maybe be more specific about what you struggle with? The turtle AI is supposed to sit in their base and wait for you to attack, mostly. Are you battling to destroy the AI base? Do you get overwhelmed when they send units to you? Are you unsure of how to build a base and a decent army?

Add new or additional music?

Hi all, First post here, but I have been playing and enjoying OpenRA for many years. The release of C&C Remastered got me wondering. Is there any way to add music to the OpenRA playlist other than by importing from the original .MIX files? It would be great to get the full remastered OST into OpenRA...
