"TRAIN... T... T... T... T... TRAINING..."
"TRAIN... T... T... T... T... TRAINING..."
It's always annoying when we have to queue production of like 10 units and each click on the icon triggers the narrator's voice that gets overtaken by the next click.
"t t t t t t t training"
"b b b b b building"
I don't know if would hard to fix that, but the solution is to make the narrator voice start over only when the previous voice finishes completely. No need for all the clicks response.
Thats a suggestion, not a criticism. Just a little detail that many of us would enjoy if changed

I've gotten used to building units to the point where it doesn't bother me at all.

I don't mind either, and my girlfriend also satellites me when playing while mockingly repeating the things that are being said.
The u-u-unit loat is a sign for me to scan the map. Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuunit lost means I REALLY have to check out what's going on

A little while ago, there was either a bug or an intentional change to the sound. The problem with not having this spam sound is that you have no feedback for your inputs. So if you are building a specific mix, the feedback helps by not having to look to make sure. Plus warping that voice is funnier than a click :pdroid6432 wrote: ↑-snip-

im always wearing headphones ... so i dont have exactly this problem ...WhoCares wrote: ↑My wife kinda makes fun of me because of those noises.
but mine though always parrots my swearing during playing OpenRA ... so sometimes at breakfast she starres at me and just screams out of the sudden " FUUUUUUUUCK YOUUUUUU" and hammers on the table several times. Or "FUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK ..."

UNIT LOST
I have a theory that unit lost is played every time you lose a unit, so if you lose 10 units in one tick it doubles the volume, if you were to lose 100 it would double again.
Turns out im right and its a known bug from at least 2013.
