I by no means have the final say on this one but i think it is unlikely that such tactics will get banned. Where do you draw the line? what if a vehicle accidentally blocks your production during an attack? what if a vehicle is told to move somewhere and that spot is incidentally your production tile? (very unlikely though)

If the door for banned tactics is opened the next thing people with be asking for is no flamer rushes or something along those lines.

However, i could see such a rule implemented in lower leagues where these tactics are more effective and dont produce as interesting games as people dont know how to deal with them.

No rules on exploits really, unless there's some directly connected with a bug. The ore ref tank block is a nasty tactic but more in line with an undesired gameplay dynamic. That particular problem will be solved once husks are killable in the ore ref. If I'm not mistaken that'll be in the next release.

Players who rely on the early game light tank block have a terrible habit of leaving their ore trucks unprotected. Hijacking ore trucks from a troll never gets old
