I'd say you still meddle with their intellectual property when recreating the assets / reverse-engineer the game mechanics etc. It is obviously the intention to "look like StarCraft" and "play like StarCraft". So you are still copying it.

I don't think so, it is a fresh new game. Nothing will be the same as the original, even the game play.

You use assets from Starcraft Remastered instead of the original. Wonderful.

Blizzard have already C&Dd mods which used stripped Starcraft voiceovers, well before the Activision era.
Wandering NoiseGenerator is actually correct for once.

If you said the assets are from Starcraft Remastered, you need to show evidence. The assets are from our team memeber - yaaaa, i don't know where he get these assests, but if they are truely from Starcraft Remastered or any other project which is protected by copy right, I will delete them.

The screenshots are removed, because they MAY involve the copyright issue.

I will confirm them to yaaaa, thanks for reporting them.

I have removed all assets which may involve the copyright issue

and yeah... if Blizzard has a problem with my free Fan made mod that uses over 10 year old assets i would have to take it down or remove these assets, until then.
